A Passion for Dermatology
Natalie Dou Banasiak, is an essential member of the team of providers at Dermatology Associates. As a certified Physician Assistant that works alongside and trained by Dr. Bedi, you will be getting the personal care you deserve. Natalie’s warm and friendly nature will immediately put you at ease and you will not be disappointed in her complete and thorough exams. Her passion for dermatology and all things related to skin care is unparalleled. She has a commitment to excellence and has been awarded with honors for her leadership, research, community, and professional service.
Natalie is an excellent communicator and educator. Fluent in Spanish and English, she is able to build rapport with patients in their preferred language. She enjoys teaching and explaining complex medical concepts in a clear and concise way to her patients and families. She is a team player and loves to collaborate and work with other healthcare professionals to provide the best possible care for patients.
Natalie was born and raised in Buenos Aires, Argentina, and came to the US in her teen years. Her interest in dermatology began at an early age. She worked and shadowed under the mentorship of Dr. Zaias at Greater Miami Skin and Laser, in Miami, Florida from 2014 – 2022. While not seeing patients in the clinic, Natalie enjoys research, has been published in dermatology journals and is currently in the process of publishing a book on nail anatomy and diseases.
When Natalie takes a break from dermatology, she is an outdoor enthusiast; a big reason why she moved to Sarasota from Miami. She enjoys running, reading, traveling, and spending sunny (yet SPF-protected) days at the beach with her husband, Michal.
Natalie is excited to join the team at Dermatology Associates of Sarasota and looks forward to providing you with the highest quality of dermatologic care.

- Masters in Biomedical Science and Clinical Medical Science: Barry University
- Undergraduate: B.S. Florida International University, Biology with a minor in Chemistry
- Certified in Neurotoxins and Dermal Fillers
